Job Description
Provide business and technical support in using the Windchill PLM (12.0.2) application
and its relevant functionalities according to process and best practices defined by
Ewellix.
Work closely with all Windchill users (MCAD, ECAD, and non-CAD users) in supporting
the day-to-day business operations using Windchill.
Support and troubleshoot functional and user issues.
Collaborate with the PLM manager for incidents, requirements, and changes. Provide training and assistance to end users.
Enrich and update existing documentation, including step-by-step instructions, training
videos, support presentations, and training presentations.
Support the PLM manager and end users with Windchill configuration, installation, or
upgrade/migration.
Communicate and coordinate with PTC Support for case communication to R&D.
Prepare build deployment according to the PTC process for change roll-out.
Manage AMS activities, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of Windchill
and CAD systems.
Technical Skills
Experience in Windchill 12.x environment, including PDMLink.
Proficiency in Windchill 12.x administration and support.
Knowledge of Windchill data model, document control, CAD data management (Creo),
variant and options, classification management, Windchill properties, preferences,
Windchill administration, build creation, and deployment.
Windchill customization experience is an added benefit
Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong self-management and coordination skills.
Excellent communicator and presentation skills.
Knowledge in SQL and Oracle.
