What we are looking for
MeasureOne is looking to hire an Analyst for the delivery and operations function of the company. This role involves retrieving and classifying data, ensuring its accuracy, validating processing mechanisms, and enforcing security protocols to maintain data integrity. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot authentication and processing issues efficiently using internal tools.
What you’ll be doing
 Data Acquisition & Retrieval

• Manually retrieve data using internal web scraping tools.
• Handle multi-factor authentication (MFA) challenges and credential management.
• Monitor automated data retrieval processes and resolve failures.

Data Onboarding & Source Management

• Add and update data sources within the internal system.
• Identify and resolve login or accessibility issues for various data sources.
• Maintain documentation for newly onboarded sources.

Document Classification & Processing

• Categorize and tag retrieved documents using internal tools.
• Perform quality checks on collected data.

Data Processing & Quality Control

• Write, test, and validate JSON parsers for new document formats.
• Troubleshoot parser errors and refine rules for accurate data extraction.
• Monitor automated processing pipelines and resolve failures.
• Ensure all documents are correctly processed and categorized.

Security & Compliance Management

• Conduct regular audits of login credentials and MFA workflows.
• Identify and report security vulnerabilities in data retrieval processes.
• Troubleshoot authentication failures and resolve access issues in collaboration with internal teams

Skills you need in order to succeed in this role

• Basic technical proficiency with data tools and web-based systems.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot parsing and security challenges.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and weekends.
• Basic understanding of web-based systems & authentication workflows.
• Experience with JSON and authentication workflows (MFA, OAuth, SSO) preferred.

Qualification

Bachelors degree in any stream.
