Execute the financial close process in accordance with agreed period close schedules
Support internal and external audit plans for areas and clarify / resolve issues raised
Spear head the meetings with stakeholders / Business team involving critical issues and key business changes

Subject matter expert and responsible for being the Single point of contact to the Functional/Group Controller by providing assurance and deeper insight and trend analysis of financial statements
Collaboratively working to establish best practice regarding the operational application of financial accounting which are compliant with IGAAP, USGAAP and RACMs (Risk & Control Metrics) or any compliance changes
• Embedding new technology approaches including the use of Automation Continuous Improvement and Data Analytics to providing greater assurance and insights
First point of contact between Controls and the Business partnering
Preferred candidate profile
Chartered Accountant (CA) - Preferred
Prior experience of managing manufacturing operations
10+ years of experience in finance/accounting with a strong record of career progression
Ability to lead, influence and drive priorities at the senior level as well as build relationships and collaborate across all levels/functions of the Company
Strong understanding of accounting and compliance requirements including in-depth and current knowledge of US GAAP/Indian GAAP, revenue reporting and recognition
Experience with Microsoft Excel, and one or more ERP packages
A disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals, and achieving success.
