Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Equity Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth research and analysis of stocks and equity markets, providing insights and recommendations to support investment decisions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and economic factors to assess their impact on equity investments.
• Company Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis of companies, including financial modeling, valuation, and performance metrics.
• Report Preparation: Prepare comprehensive research reports, investment recommendations, and presentations for internal and client use.
• Data Collection: Gather and interpret financial data from various sources, including company filings, financial statements, and market news.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the investment team to provide insights that inform investment strategies and portfolio management.
• Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of covered stocks and sectors, updating research and recommendations as necessary.
• Compliance: Ensure all research activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (CFA designation is a plus).
• 2-3 years of experience as an Equity Research Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and financial modeling.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Capitaline, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
