Roles and Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process for all positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates.
• Sourcing: Utilize various Recruitment platforms to identify potential candidates.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews and screening to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Onboarding: Assist in preparing offer letters and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires.
• HR Administration: Oversee and maintain employee records, update HR databases, and manage documentation for all employees.
• Employee Queries: Act as the point of contact for general HR-related inquiries and employee concerns.
• Payroll & Benefits: Assist with payroll administration and manage employee benefits programs.
• Employee Engagement: Organize and support employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
• Compliance: Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with legal regulations and company policies.
• Training & Development: Coordinate employee training programs and track employee performance.
• Performance Management Systems (PMS): Lead the design, development, and implementation of the companys performance management system to ensure it aligns with business goals and organizational growth.
• PMS Strategy: Develop performance management strategies to improve individual and team performance, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• PMS Implementation: Oversee and manage the annual performance review cycle, including goal setting, mid-year check-ins, and year-end evaluations.
• Training & Coaching: Provide training and support to managers and employees on how to effectively use the PMS, including goal setting, feedback, and performance appraisals
• Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze PMS data to identify trends and provide recommendations for improving performance, employee engagement, and retention.
• Employee Relations: Act as the point of escalation for any performance-related issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution and performance improvement plans.
