Implementation and Configuration : Lead and participate in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including the customization, configuration, and testing of modules to meet business requirements.
Business Process Analysis : Work with business stakeholders to understand their processes, identify gaps, and propose optimized solutions within the Dynamics 365 framework.
Technical Design and Development : Collaborate with development teams to design technical solutions, develop custom modules, and implement system enhancements using AL programming, C/AL, and .NET.
Data Migration and Integration : Manage data migration from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 Business Central and ensure smooth integration with other systems using APIs, Azure services, or middleware.
Support and Troubleshooting : Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, resolve bugs, and ensure the smooth functioning of the ERP system.
Training and Documentation : Develop user manuals, conduct training sessions for end users, and ensure knowledge transfer of key system functions.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Act as a liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure project success and alignment with business goals.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related fields.
Experience : Minimum [X] years of experience working as a Techno-Functional Consultant with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV).
Technical Skills : Proficiency in AL language, C/AL, Visual Studio Code, .NET, SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, and Azure.
Functional Expertise : Strong knowledge of finance, supply chain, inventory, sales, and purchasing modules within Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Project Management : Experience with the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from gathering requirements to post-go-live support.
Problem-Solving : Ability to troubleshoot complex issues, propose innovative solutions, and ensure timely resolutions.
Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent certifications.
