Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and explain real estate projects. Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about properties. Build strong relationships with potential buyers and understand their requirements. Schedule site visits and follow up to ensure client engagement. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM. Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team based on client interactions.
Skills and Qualifications: Educational Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor s degree preferred). Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate is a plus. Persuasive and confident with an ability to handle objections professionally. Basic knowledge of real estate trends and terminology (training will be provided). Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
