Junior Support Engineer

Job Summary:

1.         Monitoring and maintaining client projects.

2.         Responding in a timely manner to client requests and issues.

3.         Configuration of MissionOS based on the client requests.

4.         Providing technical assistance to clients use the system.

5.         Coordinate with the team and liaise with the Seniors

6.         Proper commenting and documentation of the support issues.

7.         Proper task handover of shifts

8.         Release the pre-planned communications about the product to all stakeholders.

Work Timing: Rotational Shifts based (Morning, Evening and Night) on business needs; 5 day working week with Comp-Offs based on the shifts assigned.

Work Location: MGS India office, Marine Drive Kochi
