Job Description

Were seeking a passionate and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team at MAXOPTIMUS GREEN ENERGY TECHNOLOGY PVT LTD J26, GROUND FLOOR, SITE V , KASNA INDUSTRIAL AREA, GREATER NOIDA-201310, UTTAR PRADESH, a leading Solar Power EPC company. Youll be responsible for spearheading new business opportunities and partnerships within the thriving solar market in the Haryana region.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and identify potential clients in the solar power industry: residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs in Haryana.
  • Forge strong relationships with developers, EPC contractors, government agencies, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute winning sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
  • Craft compelling presentations and proposals that showcase our expertise and solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to design customized solar solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry regulations, policies, and technology advancements.
  • Represent us at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and market trends.
  • Continuously learn and evolve to stay ahead of the curve in the solar industry.


Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field (Masters a plus).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales, preferably in solar power or renewables.
  • Strong understanding of solar power systems, components, and project development.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding expectations.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within Haryana for client meetings and events.
