Receptionist (Jr. Executive Accounts)

Role & responsibilities

• Welcoming and assist visitors, clients.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
• Maintain and manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Assist with basic accounting tasks, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and data entry.
• Process payments and maintain accurate financial records.
• Maintain filing systems for both reception and accounting records.
• Assist accounts team on daily Basis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

• Having Graduation Qualification (Knowledge in basic accounting principles will be added).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and accounting software (Tally Software).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• A positive, professional attitude and appearance.
