Job Description: AVP - APAC Sales
Position Overview:
Maxify Digital is seeking an experienced, results-driven Associate Vice President (AVP) of Sales for the APAC region. This leadership role is pivotal in driving sales strategy, acquiring new logos, expanding existing mid to large-sized client accounts, and establishing long-term growth in the travel, hospitality, aviation (including airlines and airports), and media & entertainment sectors. The AVP will be responsible for owning a $5 million P&L, maintaining a gross margin of 65-70%, and achieving an EBITDA target of 40-45%. This role is a high-impact, quota-carrying leadership position with a clear career path to a senior leadership role within 4-5 years.
