Job Description
- Overall design, build and delivery of IT solutions / architecture in the areas of Source to Pay, WMS & Quality Systems.
- Lead in S2P, WMS, and Quality domains, guiding IT solutions and best practices.
- Validate business needs and ensure solutions align with IT strategy and roadmap.
- Provide hands-on oversight for solution development and deployment, ensuring alignment with stakeholder criteria.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive solution adoption and measure performance effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional teams to detail requirements and impact assessments for projects.
- Serve as a point of escalation for issues, develop mitigation plans, and communicate project status.
- Provide expertise to optimize processes and enhance business performance.
- Ensure 24x5 application support within agreed SLAs, including on-call support for critical incidents.
- Estimate resources and efforts for projects to ensure successful delivery.
- Act as a SPOC for escalated system issues, driving containment fixes and permanent resolutions.
Your Toolkit: Skills That Make a Difference
Essential for your Success:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 15+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2.X), Coupa, or similar platforms.
- Extensive experience in Direct and Indirect procurement business processes.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations and Global rollouts for reputable MNC s.
- Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configurations, testing, post-production support, and documentation.
- Proven leadership skills in building and managing IT functional teams.
It would be Nice if You Have:
- Experience in Supply Chain Management systems beyond Source to Pay (S2P) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in optimizing business processes.
- Certification in project management methodologies such as PMP or Agile Scrum, showcasing proficiency in managing IT projects effectively.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks beyond Internal Audit, SOX Audit, and GDPR, such as HIPAA or PCI-DSS, depending on the industry.
- Previous exposure to sustainability initiatives or green manufacturing practices, aligning with the organizations goal of achieving a sustainable green future.
