Job Description

Currently we are hiring as Asst Manager HR.

Job Location: Bangalore.

Industry: FMCG/Foods/Beverages etc.

Job Description:

Employee Relations:


- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances.


- Support in maintaining a positive working environment by addressing employee concerns and conducting exit interviews.

Performance Management:


- Assist in managing the performance appraisal system, ensuring timely and constructive feedback.


- Track KPIs and support employees in their professional development.

Training & Development:


- Help identify training needs and organize internal and external training programs to improve skillsets across departments.

Compliance & Legal:


- Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with local labour laws and regulations.


- Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper documentation for audits.

HR Analytics & Reporting:


- Prepare and analyze HR metrics such as employee turnover, absenteeism rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to support strategic decision-making.

Employee Engagement:


- Assist in organizing engagement activities such as town halls, workshops, and team-building events to boost morale and employee involvement.

HR Systems:


- Maintain and update the HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate data management.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

How does my profile look like: (Education/ Experience requirements):

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred).

- Knowledge of HR best practices and labour laws.

- Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus.
