Job Description :

Master Data Governance : Implement and maintain data governance policies, standards, and processes for SAP Master Data Management to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and compliance.

Data Quality Management : Monitor, measure, and improve the quality of master data; identify data inconsistencies, duplicates, and inaccuracies, and take corrective actions as needed.

Data Maintenance & Control : Oversee and execute master data creation, updates, and deletions in SAP for data domains like Customer, Vendor, Material, BOM, Pricing, and others.

Collaboration : Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement) to ensure master data supports their needs and adheres to SAP best practices.

SAP MDM Process Improvement : Identify and implement improvements to SAP MDM processes, leveraging automation and best practices to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.

User Training & Support : Train end-users on data management best practices within SAP and provide ongoing support to ensure data standards are upheld.

Data Integration : Support data integration efforts related to mergers, acquisitions, or system upgrades by ensuring seamless data migration and system compatibility.

Documentation : Develop and maintain detailed documentation of SAP MDM processes, policies, data standards, and quality metrics

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE :

- Hands-on experience in SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, PP/QM, or relevant SAP S/4HANA MDM experience, along with relevant certifications (desirable)

- Knowledge of data governance tools and practices

- Experience with data quality monitoring and reporting tools is a plus

- Basic understanding of SQL or other database management tools
