- Market Research You stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes that may impact the agency channel
- This knowledge helps you identify new opportunities and challenges, enabling you to adapt strategies accordingly
- Goal Setting and Budgeting You contribute to the development of annual goals and objectives for the agency development department
