Manager Housekeeping

Roles Responsibility

• Planning, organizing and directing team members to ensure the highest degree of internal/external customer satisfaction.
• Assists AVP-Administration in deciding the budget for the department .
• Monitors all the functions of the department cleaning, Project cleaning works etc.
• Ensures all work is done in accordance with departmental standards.
• Purchase, re-order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.
• Maintain the housekeeping budget, providing billing summaries and expenses reports.
• Maintain Schedules and record activities carried out in Housekeeping for periodic cleaning..
• Coordinate with engineering department for routine/scheduled maintenance.
• Takes initiatives and brings new ideas in department for improvement in Service controlling cost.
• Ensure upkeep inventory of furniture fixtures are carried out periodically or as scheduled.
