Role Description
MavenMagnet AI is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Consumer Insights Specialist with a strong background in qualitative market research. The Consumer Insights Specialist will be responsible for working on research projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights. The Consumer Insights Specialist will collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of research initiatives.


Role Overview
Conduct comprehensive qualitative market research for a diverse range of global clients in sectors such as FMCG, media, consumer durables, healthcare, and automotive
Employ innovative qualitative techniques, specifically, Conversation Research, to design and implement market research studies that align with specific client goals
Conduct in-depth qualitative research to gather consumer insights across various digital platforms
Manage a variety of qualitative research projects, from Brand Health and Consumer Behavior Studies to Ethnographic Research and Cultural Trend Analysis
Analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to derive meaningful insights that support our clients strategic decision-making processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to integrate research findings into strategic planning
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging research techniques, and best practices


Eligibility Criteria:
0-1 years of proven experience of consumer insight mining / primary qualitative market research
Must possess a Masters degree in Psychology, Sociology, or Social Anthropology.
Demonstrable experience in all aspects of qualitative research, including research design, content analysis, and final presentation development
A portfolio of past qualitative consumer insights projects that showcases a deep understanding of qualitative methodologies
Exceptional proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex qualitative data
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a track record of presenting research findings to diverse audiences
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
