Job Description
- The import/export executive will provide support to the import/export administrator and assist with the preparation of import and export documents, sales marketing and operations in compliance with customs and government regulations.
Duties/ responsibilities:
- Main role is for international business communication in-house sales and marketing
- Prepares documents and forms to move goods efficiently through import and export steps and procedures.
- Reviews paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.
- Maintains a database that tracks merchandise.
- Processes claims on merchandise shortages and overages.
