HRBP / Business HR

Job Overview:
We are looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) with at least one year of experience to join our BPO team. In this role, you will work closely with managers and employees to help implement HR policies, improve employee engagement, and solve HR-related issues. Youll be a key point of contact for both employees and leadership, ensuring HR practices align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with team leaders to understand HR needs and provide solutions that help achieve business goals.
• Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations.
• Assist with hiring by helping define job roles, supporting recruitment, and participating in interviews.
• Support performance management by helping managers set goals and give feedback to employees.
• Handle employee relations issues and help resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
• Monitor employee satisfaction and suggest ideas to improve engagement and retention.
• Assist in training and development programs to help employees grow and succeed.
• Review HR metrics to identify areas for improvement in processes or employee experience.
• Ensure all HR practices follow company policies and local labor laws.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in an HR or HRBP role, ideally within a BPO environment.
• Good understanding of HR policies and labor laws.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build good relationships with employees and managers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.
• Basic knowledge of HR systems and tools (HRIS, MS Office).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Experience in a fast-paced BPO environment is a plus.
• HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
