Roles and Responsibilities

• Review medical transcripts for accuracy, completeness, and quality.
  
• Edit and proofread transcripts to ensure adherence to client requirements.
  
• Verify patient information, diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans against electronic health records (EHRs) or paper charts.
  
• Identify and report errors or discrepancies in the transcript to the transcriber or client.
  
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues related to transcription editing.
