Cardiology Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care as a consultant cardiologist, diagnosing and treating various heart conditions using both non-invasive and interventional techniques.
  
• Conduct thorough physical examinations, take medical histories, and order diagnostic tests to determine the best course of treatment for patients with cardiovascular diseases.
  
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for complex cases involving heart failure, arrhythmias, angina pectoris, and other related conditions.
  
• Perform procedures such as angioplasty and pacemaker insertion in the cath lab setting when necessary.
  
• Stay up-to-date with latest advancements in cardiology through continuous professional development (CPD) activities.
