SPM Mechanical Engineer

A. Primary Responsibilities

• Observe & study the project.
• Understand the concept & Application of the projects.
• Prepare the step by step procedure for assembly according to the application .
• Have clear idea of all standard pneumatic & Hydraulic function & working.
• Ensure the incoming material list
• Check the function of machine according to customer requirement with programmer & electrical in-charge.

B. Report to be maintain :

• With Direction from Project lead must pursue the time plan & BOM status of the respective project .

C. Periodic activities:

• Prompt update of daily work report by online.
• Will have daily project review with lead.
• Records the points during internal validation & customer validation in the respective MOM format.
• Will ensure the customer communication in site work. Will submit the service report to lead for every site visit.
