Team Lead - Node.js Framework (6-8 yrs)

Job Description :

Massive Mobility is an EV charging company that is building an EV ecosystem by building a super-dense, intelligent, connected network of charging solutions catering to EVs (3-wheelers/2-wheelers/4-wheeler) as well as providing EVs on lease in partnership with OEMs and fleet operators.

Massive Mobility operates three brands, including 1C, ZECAT and Bharat Mobility, which offer focused experience in their respective fields.

1C has developed its hardware in the 3.3 kWh category (LEAVC) and has created a marketplace for charger OEMs with more than 26 brands listed on its website.

We seek a Team Lead - Backend who thinks outside the box and can push the limits. Someone who cares about the quality of code, Possesses good knowledge of different software systems, product architectures and various compatibility requirements and has experience in troubleshooting, and software development processes.

Role & responsibilities :

- Responsible for working with the team to develop and maintain the Backend web application

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application

- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams, define specifications for new features, and own the development of those features. should be able to code along with leading the team

- Define and implement web services and the application backend microservices

- Guide the team regarding constraints and best practices in a web platform environment

- Proactively identify and solve bottlenecks, fix bugs and performance issues

- Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

- Ensure testing strategy is followed within the team

- Support the services you build in production

- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges

- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure robust optimization and functionality

- Code review and deployment

Requirements :

- 6+ years of total work experience

- At least 4+ years of relevant experience in developing applications with NodeJS/NestJs

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

- Experience of designing loosely coupled, service-oriented systems.

- Excellent understanding of object-oriented design principles
