Masin - Chief Of Staff To CEO (10-15 yrs)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to serve as the Deputy to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have significant experience as Chief of Staff or in a similar role, preferably within a consulting organization. This role demands a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader who will closely support the CEO in managing and growing the organization effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the right-hand to the CEO in managing daily operations and strategic initiatives.

- Collaborate on high-level organizational decisions and execution of the CEO's vision.

- Drive initiatives for business growth and expansion.

- Support the development and execution of short-term and long-term strategic plans.

- Monitor and manage the organization's cash flow to ensure financial stability.

- Work closely with the finance team to optimize resource allocation and financial planning.

- Oversee and drive organizational growth strategies.

- Monitor and analyse KPIs to track performance and ensure alignment with growth objectives.

- Facilitate smooth coordination among various departments to achieve business goals.

- Address challenges across finance, operations, and business development, ensuring swift resolutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in senior leadership roles, preferably as Chief of Staff to a CEO/Managing Director.

- Strong educational background with a degree from IIT and an MBA from IIM.

- Proven expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and business development.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
