Job Description
1) EXECUTION OF DATA ACQUISITION & BENCH TEST ACTIVITY
2) DATA ANALYSIS, RESULT COMPILATION, REPORT PREPARATION & COMMUNICATION
3) CO-ORDINATION WITH CAE/DESIGN TEAM FOR RESULT VALIDATION & IMPLEMENTATION.
4) EQUIPMENT CALIBRATION AND AMC
5) FIXTURE DESIGN / EXPERIMENTAL TESTING.
Competency Requirements :
1. HANDS ON EXPERIENCE IN COMPONENT FATIGUE DURABILITY TESTING
2. ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND COMPONENT CHARATERISITCS AND DRAWING, ABLILITY TO OPERATE UG SOFTWARE
3. ABILITY TO DO STRAIN GAGING AND DATA ACQUISITION
4. ABILITY TO CONDUCT DATA ANALYSIS USING GLYPHWORKS SOFTWARE
5. UNDERSTANDING ON HYDRAULIC ACTUATORS AND SET UP FUNCTIONALITY OF DURABLITY LAB REQUIREMENTS (OPTIONAL).
6. EXPOSURE TO VEHICLE SIMULATION (OPTIONAL)
7. STRONG FUNDAMENTALS AND HIGHER EXPERIENCE IN RELATED FUNCTIONAL AREA (CAE / SUSPENSION DESIGN/SHEET METAL /KNOWLEDGE OF MATERIALS)
