Analysis of Warranty and Extended warranty claims and contribute to improvement in Product quality

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES -

1. End to end responsible to analysis of warranty and extended claims.
2. Contribute towards improvement in product quality
3. Formulate proposals based on data and put up for management approval

INTERACTIONS -

• WEA team (Colleagues working in the dept. )
• WPSD Team (Project monitoring)
• IT Team (In extraction of any old historical data)

Qualification - B.Tech from a reputed institute (should be AICTE/UGC approved)

Work Experience - 3 - 6 years (Preferred experience of warranty in automobile industry)
