Hiring For an Operations Executive in Motor Insurance Vertical

Role

The role holder is responsible for developing and implementing the processes while ensuring adherence to the guidelines and effectively managing all operations for Motor Insurance vertical.He will ensure that Operations dept. works in alignment with the overall corporate objectives.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the development and implementation of operations department plans
• As a Motor Insurance operation expert, the Candidate must know business basics about the motor insurance from Sales & Claims perspective.
• Knowledge about processes related to policy issuance and servicing
• MIS related to Motor Insurance Operations
• Has fair understanding of handling backend affairs related to Brokerage management
• Should be completely well-versed with the functioning of MISP channel and its business modalities

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Graduation with 50% or more
• Should be from General Insurance background.
• Should possess good knowledge on motor insurance.
• Savvy with Financial transactions end to end
• Work experience should be 1+ years.

Preferred Skills

• Hands on experience of handling working directly with a general insurer.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of MS Excel and office suite
• Customer-oriented, good listener and patient
