Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic person to join the firm as a Project Lead. This role represents a skilled BIM software expert and team management having a solid understanding of Revit.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) to perform dwg work task assigned. Report to the BIM manager/ BIM Coordinator perform work task assigned.
- Capable to lead 8 -10 BIM modeller team.
- Able to deliver the quality work in project within time limit.
- Multitasking.
- Should coordinate monitor the submission schedule.
- Able to develop 3D model for specific design discipline
- Able to produce the revised model/ dwg as commented ASAP.
- Able to model parametric Revit family as required by client.
- Able to work / coordinate with other team members.
- Able to read/understand Architecture Structure design drawings.
- Provide sufficient BIM documentation to his/her superior (Manager) for report Presentation.
- Collaborate and coordinate internally and externally with other disciplines design-changes and model changes.
- Technical expertise in Revit, Autocad, Recap, and Navisworks familiarity with BIM/CAD Standards.
- Must have strong Revit Architecture and Revit Structure skills. This must include 5+ years of solid experience and the ability to independently or in a team, model complex civil, building elements, and parametric Families.
- BIM Modeling, Coordination, and Preparation BOQ.
- Proven experience in priority setting, multitasking, and working with minimal direct supervision.
- Experience in large-scale and complex projects is desirable. Experience and working knowledge of international standards of various LODs in BIM.
- Attention to detail, and an attitude to never compromise with quality.
- Must have Skills in Ms office and BIM360 Cloud server.
- Good to Have Skills in Dynamo and Python.
- Understanding of Architectural, Structural Technicality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor s degree in Civil.
