Job Requirements are as mentioned below :

o We need an architect with 2 to 5 years of experience in real estate handling
portfolio of design and project management projects.
o Other than architectural design and coordination skills, the person should have
knowledge of MEP services in buildings and external development;
o basic understanding of contracts; and should have experience of directing and
managing the design process with related consultants, clients and other
stakeholders.
o Good communication skills - both oral and written are important. post-graduation in
real estate or project management related fields would be a plus.
