Salary: 3 LPA - 3.4 LPA
Location: Lower Parel, West, Mumbai
Working Days + Timing: Monday to Saturday + 9:30AM to 6:30PM

Job Description:

• Managing Production and Logistics co-ordination.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of client service protocols.
• Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner.
• Site management for Projects to ensure deliverables are in sync with expectations.
• Create monthly and quarterly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement.

MUST HAVE:

• Good English skills, spoken, & written.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in the profile would be preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgment calls.

NICE TO HAVE:

• CRM/ERP experience
