Overview:

As a Tender Manager specializing in Government Sales within IT services or manpower services, your primary responsibility is to oversee the end-to-end process of tendering for government contracts.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company successfully bids for and secures government projects, leveraging your expertise in both the technical aspects of IT services or manpower services and the intricacies of public sector procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

Tender Process Management:

- Manage the entire lifecycle of the tender process from identification to submission.

- Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, legal, finance, and technical experts to gather necessary inputs for tender responses.

- Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and deadlines.

Proposal Development:

- Develop compelling proposals and bids that align with client requirements and demonstrate our capabilities effectively.

- Write and edit content for proposals, ensuring clarity, coherence, and compliance with tender specifications.

- Collaborate with technical teams to incorporate technical solutions into the proposals.

Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research to identify potential government tenders and opportunities.

- Analyze competitor activities and industry trends to position our proposals competitively.

- Stay updated with regulatory changes and government procurement policies.

Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within government agencies.

- Attend pre-bid meetings, negotiations, and presentations as required.

- Represent the company professionally in all interactions with clients and partners.

Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement strategies to increase the company's success rate in winning government tenders.

- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency within the tendering process.

- Provide regular updates and reports on tender activities and outcomes to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's / master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience 4-6 Years in managing government tenders specifically in IT services or manpower services.

- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and tender management software/tools.
