Telecalling Executive (Tamil )

1. Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify and qualify potential customers through research and outbound calls.

2. Build Rapport and Trust: Establish relationships with potential customers through effective communication and active listening.

3. Present Products/Services: Clearly and persuasively present our products/services to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and features.

4. Handle Objections and Close Deals: Address customer concerns and objections, and negotiate and close sales.

5. Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

6. Maintain Accurate Records: Update customer records and sales data in our CRM system.

7. Stay Up-to-Date on Products/Services: Continuously learn and stay informed about our products/services, industry trends, and competitor activity.
