Purpose/Objective
The Branding & Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in the Manufacturing industry at Adani, overseeing all aspects of branding, marketing strategies, and promotional activities.
The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in marketing and branding, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns and enhancing brand visibility.
This position offers the opportunity to the marketing team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization
Key Responsibilities of Role
- Develop and implement comprehensive branding and marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth - Manage all the social Media handles of the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges - Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI - Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and creativity in marketing initiatives - Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors - Present the company appropriately at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brands and build networks - Identify relevant events and participate through Booth & Sponsorships.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing - 10-15 years of experience in marketing, branding.

Experience in managing Events & Sponsorships within budget
