Marketing Manager Laboratory solutions

Job profile includes and not limited to the following requirements

a) Responsible for supporting the product life cycle of IVD Products in Laboratory Solutions vertical. Collaborate with the APJ & Global Marketing/Product Management team to support all aspects of the product life cycle including roadmap development, and identification and implementation of key growth initiatives.

b) Will work cross functionally with Commercial, Operations, Sales & Service functions to develop and implement strategies for sustained profitable growth.

c) Responsible for Education/training, competitive market research, developing business cases for new products and services, commercially launching new products and services through collaboration with multifunctional teams across the India organization and the Global team

d) Track and report product level performance including sales, price, and competitive benchmarking.

e) Responsible for developing Product dossiers, Collaterals as required for specific productline.

f) Works with Sales and Application team in Product promotional activities, customer visits, Educational programs at customer sites.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and or abilities required

4+ years of technical sales, product management/marketing in IVD segment

Bachelor s / Masters degree in Science (preferably in Biochemistry/Biotechnology/Life sciences). A Management degree in Marketing will be added advantage

Professional experience in product development, sales, and/or marketing functions a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; especially when presenting to customers and other key stakeholders

Strong organizational and planning skills; attention to detail with Multitasking ability is a critical required skill

Technical aptitude to learn and become subject matter expert on company products and applications

Works effectively in a team environment; both with internal and external stakeholders

Ability to travel - up to 50%
