Job Description:
Promotion and Building corporate collaborations for conducting events & training programs.
End-to-end delivery of events/conferences & projects
Business through Revenue development & generating sponsorship, developing corporate partnerships.
Conducts short- and long-term planning and management for meetings, events and conferences with National & International experts.
Client Management
Creating marketing plans for conference amplification
Digital marketing & content avenues required for enhancement of proper visibility.
Requirements:
A Master's degree in a related field such as Event Management, Conferences, or Marketing
2-7 years of relevant work experience coordinating, planning, and executing events and conferences
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software applications
Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with event sponsors, vendors, and partners
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive attitude.
