Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Mall Marketing Executive to help drive foot traffic, enhance brand visibility, and support marketing campaigns within the mall. The role involves collaborating with retailers, managing promotional events, and contributing to the overall marketing strategies that promote the mall's image and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Plan and execute in-mall marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to attract customers and increase footfall.
• Brand Partnerships: Collaborate with retailers and brands within the mall to create joint marketing initiatives, special offers, and cross-promotions.
• Event Coordination: Organize and manage in-mall events, seasonal promotions, product launches, and exhibitions to enhance the malls customer experience.
• Social Media & Digital Marketing: Manage the malls social media profiles and website content to engage with visitors and promote events, store offers, and mall news.
• Customer Engagement: Create and manage customer loyalty programs, surveys, and initiatives aimed at enhancing the mall's customer relationships and satisfaction.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct surveys and analyze market trends to understand customer needs and competitor activities. Use this data to suggest improvements in mall marketing strategies.
• Collaboration with Tenants: Serve as the liaison between the mall management and retail tenants, helping them optimize their individual marketing efforts.
• Advertising & Promotion: Develop and coordinate advertising strategies both online and offline (e.g., social media ads, radio, print, outdoor signage) to boost awareness of the mall and its tenants.
• Reporting & Budgeting: Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives, track ROI, and provide reports to senior management. Help manage the marketing budget for the mall.
• Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with local media, influencers, and key stakeholders to promote the mall’s brand and events.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in retail marketing
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) or website updates.
• Experience working with advertising agencies or PR firms.
• Ability to manage a marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.
• Knowledge of loyalty programs or customer engagement tools.
