Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Angular Lead to spearhead the development of cutting-edge web applications. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable and maintainable web applications using Angular.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to front-end developers, fostering best coding practices and continuous learning.
Architect and implement high-performance, reusable, and modular UI components .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams , including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Define and enforce coding standards, security guidelines, and performance optimizations .
Conduct code reviews , provide constructive feedback, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Work closely with the backend team to ensure seamless integration with RESTful APIs and microservices .
Evaluate, recommend, and implement new front-end technologies to enhance development efficiency and application performance.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and technical decision-making as part of an Agile environment.
Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize UI/UX for better user engagement.
Oversee and contribute to unit testing, automation, and DevOps integration .
Advocate for continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 1 year in a leadership role .
Expert-level proficiency in Angular (Angular 12+ preferred).
Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS .
Deep understanding of state management libraries like NgRx or Redux.
Experience in architecting and implementing scalable front-end solutions .
Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous programming .
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive web design, and accessibility standards .
Hands-on experience with Git and version control workflows .
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, or Jest.
Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and deployment strategies .
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make architectural decisions.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
