Development Commercialization of high Margin products
To understand and design effectively to meet customer requirements
Identify and upgrade machines and processes to improve plant capability in delivering VAP products
Establish adequate customer and end users interactions and develop road map for NPD
Facilitate New Product Development in terms of defining product specs meeting Customer Requirement
Coordinate with Manufacturing team in facilitating manufacturing of New Products
New yarn/chemical/M/c approval
To study and conduct trials for approval.
Customer feedback for new variant
Reduction of Scrap and Non-conformities related to design
Periodical review and optimization of products and processes.
Pro-active thinking during development of New products to reduce Non-conformities, scrap and process waste
Implement Technical Improvement Initiatives leading to overall product performance supremacy.
Dipping Technical and Product Rationalization to improve the cost realization
Periodical review and optimization of products and processes.
To be taken into consideration during New developments
To be taken with customer for solutions if required
Implement Technical projects (Mainly Dipping) in achieving Significant Cost and Quality improvements
Monitoring and control of fabric properties.
Regular review on product characteristics and acting on abnormalities.
Ensuring capability development of the team
To improve the Subordinates
