As a Marketing Analyst at GreyOrange, you will be pivotal in driving data-driven marketing strategies and optimizing campaign performance. Your responsibilities include tracking and analyzing marketing campaigns, managing tools like Salesforce and HubSpot, account research and data augmentation, creating user-friendly reports and dashboards to enable quick decision-making. You will streamline processes, automate workflows, and ensure timely lead management to support the sales team. By providing actionable insights through data visualization and performance analysis, you will work to ensure swift execution in tasks across marketing & sales teams . Responsibilities:
Streamline process for effective running of digital campaigns
Track and measure the results of all marketing campaigns and publish ROI analysis
Experience in Marketing Analytics would be an advantage.
Manage Salesforce, Hubspot and related Marketing Tech software admin roles
Build efficient, user-friendly reports and perform data analysis that will help drive strategic business objectives
Ensure timely updation of leads generated from all marketing channels in the CRMs for follow up action
Data visualization for easy consumption of data with senior management
Strong process orientation and ability to learn quickly
Automate system and processes so that relevant stakeholders like BDR, Sales team are enabled to take actions on leads generated by marketing team quickly
Enable all campaign owners with the right reports, tools and dashboards so that they have real time visibility on the performance of their campaigns and the final result
Publish performance analysis of all the marketing campaigns periodically and provide recommendations to the management to improve performance
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a similar field.
0-2 years experience working in marketing.
Strong problem-solving ability - Candidate needs to exhibit structured thinking, strong Analytical Skills and Process Orientation
Experience in Salesforce Functional/Admin role preferable
Strong in Data analytics - The candidate should be excellent in SQL and should have good command in R/Python. Should be highly proficient in Excel
Strong analytical thinking with proven ability to connect data & insight from category consumptions, brand drivers, macro & micro trends and future forces of consumer change and deliver clear implications for the business.
Good knowledge of analytical software, such as Hubspot and Google Analytics.
Proficiency with MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
Excellent research, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
