Agriculture Anesthesia Critical Care ICCU

Job Description

Provide comprehensive care to liver transplant patients in the ICU, including preoperative evaluation and postoperative management.
Monitor and manage critically ill patients with liver diseases, multi-organ dysfunction, and related complications.
Assist with liver transplant surgeries and perioperative care under supervision of the lead consultant.
Manage immunosuppressive therapies, fluid management, and hemodynamic support for transplant patients.
Perform invasive procedures such as central line placement, arterial lines, and bronchoscopy, as needed.
Participate in daily ICU rounds with the consultant and multidisciplinary team.
Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients in collaboration with the transplant team.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff about treatment plans and patient progress.
Facilitate coordination between surgical, medical, and nursing teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Ensure compliance with protocols, guidelines, and standards of care within the ICU.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes and safety in the Liver Transplant ICU.
Contribute to maintaining up-to-date medical records and documentation in the electronic medical system.
Engage in research activities related to liver transplantation and critical care medicine.
Contribute to clinical trials and collaborate with research teams to develop innovative approaches to transplant patient care.
