Job Description:

1) Communicating and reporting with manager regarding project needs and goals.

2) Assisting in managing local vendors and development.

3) Contributing to the planning and development of projects.

4) Quality control and continuous improvement of product and packaging.

5) Coordinating and preparing investment plan, tool development and quality control with maintaining reports and documents.

6) Performing administrative tasks such as procurement plan, estimates, scheduling meetings etc.

7) Keeping track and arranging all reports on projects.

8) Completing any tasks assigned by the Manager in an efficient and timely manner.

9) Travelling to multiple production/project site to monitor, inspect and report to manager with documents.

10) Studying market, analyzing competitor product and monitor RM cost.
