Role Overview: We are looking for a driven and strategic Sales Manager to Promote and sell high-ticket Ophthalmic products to healthcare professionals and institutions across Gujarat. The role involves managing relationships with existing clients (e.g., ophthalmologists), cross-selling products, and identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Promote and sell high-ticket optical and surgical products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
Identify and target new clients to expand the customer base within Gujarat.
Leverage market insights to cross-sell and upsell products to existing clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture strong relationships with ophthalmologists, clinics, and hospitals.
Conduct regular visits to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Ensure prompt follow-up on inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Market Research and Planning:
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
Create detailed territory plans to ensure comprehensive coverage of Gujarat.
Reporting and Coordination:
Track and report sales performance and client feedback to management.
Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Science or Medicine
3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or high-ticket products.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales territory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of the Gujarat market and ability to travel extensively within the territory.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
