Role & responsibilities

• Conduct visits to rural and semi-rural areas to demonstrate and present product-related details to potential customers.
• Generate leads through effective communication and follow-up.
• Interact continuously with prospective clients and regular customers to ensure high levels of
• customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Responsible for completion of all loan related documents.
• Will be responsible for ensuring targeted sales of cross selling products like Insurance.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and build a strong pipeline through accurate sales planning.
• Ensure to convert leads received from tale calling team into customer and complete all
• documentation like: loan file and KYC checklist.
• Engage with internal stake holders for smooth loan disbursal.
• Responsible for field verifications of customer.
• Responsible for recovery of default loans in their assigned zones.
• Maintain reports related to sales and all activities in the prescribed format on a daily basis by the help of sales tracking app and forms.
