Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch activities with production team to ensure on-time delivery of products.
  
• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and other relevant documents for customers.
  
• Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring timely processing and accurate documentation.
  
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions using MS Office tools (e.g., Excel).
  
• Provide administrative support to the sales team by handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and India Mart portal.
