The Application Support Specialist oversees upholding system health and managing Level 1 for all business solution apps, (SAP ERP ECC with other Business applications). Business vision, commitment, and the capacity to collaborate with team members and the business are all necessary for this position.

Other Business application support experience (Any can add value )

General Techno -Functional support experience required on above modules (2- 6 Years) , at least in 4 modules

Education - Bachelor's /BE/B Tech/BCA/B Com/ MCom with SAP expertise Or Any Similar in Computer Science/Or Any other

Quality and SLAs - Contribute to meeting the SLAs and KPIs as applicable for the account and unit - for example, responsiveness, resolution, software quality SLAs, Ensures that assigned tasks are completed on time and that delivery timelines are met in accordance with the quality targets of the organization
