Role: Senior Executive : Organ Transplant Coordinator

Location: Dwarka, Delhi

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate all aspects of the transplant process, including patient evaluation, donor matching, and post-transplant care.
• Serve as a liaison between the transplant team, patients, and their families, ensuring clear communication and support throughout the entire process.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive care plans for transplant patients, including pre-transplant assessments and post-transplant follow-up care.
• Coordinate the logistics of organ procurement and transportation, ensuring all regulatory and ethical guidelines are followed.
• Educate patients and their families on the transplant process, including pre- and post-transplant care, medication management, and lifestyle adjustments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, nurses, social workers, and support staff, to provide holistic care for transplant patients.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in transplant medicine and collaborate with the medical team to implement best practices and protocols.

What We Are Looking For:

• B.Sc(Nursing)/MHA/MBA with 5-10 years experience as a  Organ Transplant Coordinator
• Certified in NOTO
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
