Job Description
- Triage incoming requests and issues, ensuring they are assigned to the appropriate team members for resolution.
- Handle data imports, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems
- Monitor critical points within our marketing systems to ensure they remain healthy and functional
- Suggest improvements that will increase the conversion rate of our Contact Sales funnels
- Set up various campaigns in Marketo, Qualfied.com , and Chili Piper
- Provide support for Chili Piper routing, ensuring leads and tasks are routed correctly and efficiently
- Manage basic intake requests, documenting processes and ensuring requests are handled promptly
- Following up on tasks that need additional information or clarification before action can be taken
Ideally, You d Have:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in marketing operations, with experience in system monitoring and data management
- Experience with Chili Piper or similar routing tools
- Experience with Marketo or similar marketing operations tools
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets to perform basic analysis
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing operations or a related field, preferably in a tech environment
