Role & respon

• Monitoring Responsible for the development, performance, governance and administration of the insurance provisions of the Organization.
• Ensure that Insurance Team Members understands its duties and its role within the Organization.
• Manage, direct and monitor insurance activities and the overall performance of the Team to increase efficiency and maximize performance.
• Give suitable directions to SM insurance & subordinates, arrange meeting with cross functional departments & Co-ordinate high-level meetings with higher officials for expediating our claim.
• Maintain and improve mechanisms for the provision of insurance claim process and disseminate feedback to the appropriate inter departments.
• Support to all other Departments with insurance relates issues.
• Proactively monitor and analyse key performance indicators to detect and interpret emerging issues/trends.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and people management capabilities and a desire to proactively build and lead a high performing team.
• Organizational awareness and ability to build and leverage partnerships with cross functional and external stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including business writing and delivering presentations in MADU
