P&M Manager

Role

Responsible for deployment, operations and maintenance of plant and machinery equipment at the project site and

ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and safety

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project managers, functional head and other stakeholders for smooth deployment ensuring timely availability of plant and machinery equipment to meet project requirements

• Supervise equipment operators and maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed

• Monitor equipment performance, utilization, and productivity, implementing measures to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and schedules to ensure the reliability and longevity of plant and machinery assets

• Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, including asset details, maintenance history, and usage logs

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Candidate must have proven experience in plant & machinery management in EPC construction company
