Job Description
- Develop and execute global source strategies to meet business requirements and cost objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers to ensure alignment with quality, cost, and delivery goals.
- Manage RFQ process to lead supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and long-term partnerships.
- Manage supplier performance through regular evaluations and metrics, ensuring compliance with contracts and SLAs. Develop a dashboard for key performances and publish it to relevant stakeholders on time.
- Identify root causes and take corrective actions to improve supplier performance and ensure non-performance gets eliminated in the system.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing needs and drive efficient procurement processes.
- Monitor global market trends, risks, and opportunities to ensure a proactive sourcing approach.
- Assess and mitigate risks in the global supply chain and ensure seamless sourcing.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and continuously improve sourcing processes.
- Implement TCM initiatives and meet or exceed the target set by businesses.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory, legal, and ethical standards in sourcing activities.
